Description:
A Bristol blue and white Delftware 'King of Prussia' plate. Painted with a half length portrait of Frederick the Great below the letters KP and with a single line border. This plate commemorates the alliance of England with Frederick the Great, King of Prussia, during the Seven Years' War of 1756 - 1763
Circa 1760
Approx - 8.5 inches (220mm) dia.
In very good original condition save typical minor rim chips.
