Description:
A magnificent plaque from John Carr's Low Lights Pottery in North Shields. Often attributed to Wearside and Sunderland this classic plaque is in fact from our neighbours on Tyneside. Very well decorated with a rare transfer of the iconic bridge and pink & copper lustre borders.
Circa 1850
Approx - 8.5 inches (215mm) wide x 7.75 inches (195mm) tall.
In very good condition throughout.
